Lacy released her book Once You're Lucky, Twice You're Good: The Rebirth of Silicon Valley and Rise of Web 2.0 last May, after 10 years of reporting on startup business and culture in the Valley. On Monday, August 25, she’ll interview one of the book's biggest stars: Max Levchin, founder of PayPal and Slide, and investor in a host of other Web 2.0 names. Then Max turns the tables and interviews Sarah.

This year, frog Jared Ficklin explores the potential of Flash as a means of sound visualization. His session, “See Sound, Sound Visualization in Nature and in Code” draws the line between digital and analog audio waves.
